Are you excited to perform on campus during the Library Takeover event? Last year, over 400 students attended the library takeover during Fall 2022 orientation. Audition for the virtual Battle of the Bands to determine the headliner at the next Library Takeover Party on Saturday, September 2, 2023!

To audition, please send a video to [email protected] and [email protected] by Friday, June 30, 2023 to be eligible. Please list all members of your band and their SLC class years in your submission. Videos will be posted on SLC Instagram accounts in early July, and the video with the most likes will win!

Formats of submissions can be:

• Videos/sound recordings no longer than 10 minutes.

• Link to your Soundcloud + An image of your band we can post to Instagram.

• Link to a Youtube video you’ve already uploaded.

• Mp3 or Mp4 file formats.

• If audio only, must also submit an image of your band we can post to Instagram.
