Happy Fall 2024 from the Library! 🍂
Now that the semester is really digging in, we hope you take care over Fall Study Days!
🍁Fall Study Days & Election Day🗳️
Many of you take the time to travel or unwind, but we also know many of you are planning to buckle down in your studies. We’ve got you. We will be open our regular hours. However, on Election Day we will have reduced services during the day.
Research Assistance
As you get further into your projects, be sure to book a one-on-one research consultation with a librarian to get help at any stage of the research process.
If you haven’t seen it yet, our BookShare is fully stocked with book donations from last year and is ready for any student to take books. The deal is for you to take what you want now, and donate what you don’t want at the end of the semester. We put the books on the shelves, but this is otherwise student run!
Since there are other books in that space that aren’t part of the BookShare, feel free to ask a library employee if you’re concerned that a particular item is part of the BookShare or owned by the library and needs to be checked out.
Student Survey from last year
We’re still analyzing the results from last year’s survey, and will publish soon. In the meantime, we’d like to share the winning photo of Buttercup and Westley that will soon be made into a puzzle for those moments you need a distraction while in the library.

🎨📐📗 Director Mustafa's next Installation 📖🎃💀
Many of you already know about the Library Director’s love of Halloween and have enjoyed his art installations. Keep an eye out for his next creation that’s currently under construction entitled “Evil” Books which highlights a topic dear to all of us at the library: the recent surge in book challenging and bans across the Unite States.
